So now that all my romeo and juliet is gone it is time to get Mountain Jam into flower.

Nice plant GWB.

From the leaf structure and overall growth I'd say you have a Soulshine pheno or at least Soulshine leaning.I just finished one of the F2 and it took 65 days.Tasty fruity weed.If you liked R&J you'll like this stuff.

Good luck.

Interesting. I was thinking that it might actually lean more towards blueberry only in the overall smell and blue twinge to the stems. Next time i'll have to get a pic that shows the stem coloration a little more.

Not that I mind, i've never tried soulshine before. Can't wait!

I am smokin early bud samples of MJ right now and it is awesome. Killer flavor and big ol meaty buds, super sticky.

The soulshine also has some major colouration in the later flowering stages although more on the red/purple spectrum rather than the blue/purple of the BB. The Calyxes on the soulshine leaning variation should have a candy cane stripe once they are fully mature. I recommend cleaning all the small inside buds out early on for some truly trophy sized tips and tops.CC

Finally! She is in flower, about three weeks in. It took forever for us to figure out a space to keep the other vegatating youngsters, but we did and now its time to bring mamma home, so to speak.

We had some humidity issues that led to a little mold action happening on the walls. Today I cut out alot of the lower leaves/budsites where things weren't doing much but crowding and making the air harder to circulate. I also found a few spotches of powdery mildew on some of the leaves that had died but stayed in the plant carriage instead of falling to the ground. A little had gotten on a budsite, and I quaranteened the affected area. Hopefully we won't see that rear its ugly head. We'll be very vigilant in the intervening weeks.

Take a peek down low. This baby has really turned into a tree. I'm always amazed how quickly cannabis turns from a fragile, leafy baby to a hardened woody-stemmed sticky-nug producer in no time!

Its so dry in this town currently that I had to scrape some of the resin from my vaporizer to get irie today. It has my head so twisted that this picture reminds me of young ducklings, looking up into the rain.

Check the major purpling of the stems. I can't wait to see some purple in the buds themselves...hopefully. This room really doesn't get too cold during the sleep cycle, but there's alot of winter left and things could get nice and nippy in here eventually.

A couple more...

Must be Major Soulshine leaning...getting damned close now
