FT100's 8 Crazy Nights of Smoke Reports Hanukkah 09

Hello IC Family! I really have not had any traffic in my thread in the strains and hybrids forums so I figure I would come out of my cave and offer up some smoke reports for the community and hopefully help some people decide what seeds they want Santa to bring them this year. I am not Jewish, but me having 8 different nugs right now and this being the first night of Hanukkah it fits, plus I love latkas and spinning the dreidel for m&ms.

The smoke reports will be done on 2 phenos of sour bubble bx3, 3 phenos of querkle, 1 pheno of double strawberry diesel, and 2 phenos of chemdawg d bx1. Each report will be done on a seperate night around the same time and in the same cleaned sherlock bubbler. 2 people will do the report, 1 male and 1 female, because these reports can be very subjective. No information will be discussed or shared between the two people during the first 20-30 minutes of the report. This way tastes and perception of buzz can not be influenced by outside sources.

I grew all of the buds with lots of love, all mix, bio bizz line, blackstrap, 600 watter, and hard ass work. I dont care what anyone says it is a hard labor intensive hobby and I love it. Personally we really look for a lasting taste and euphoric, enlightening, giggly, clear, medicating, or any other stand out type of buzz. I really want to do these reports also to get a bit of help selecting which phenos to keep as mothers so if any of you guys have an opinion on a certain report or strain, let me know. Ultimate goal here is to make some beans with the keepers and go from there. Anyways here comes the first report, I hope you all enjoy these as much as I have smoking them................

The first report we did was a sour bubble bx3 pheno we called S5. This plant had the thickest most dense nugs I have ever grinded. Space Case had to be worked on after breaking up these nugs. After they were ground up there was a nice pile of kief on the top of the packed bowl because of the amazing trich coverage. Because of the dense nugs it yielded a bit better then the other sour bubble bx3 pheno.



My Report:

This plant had a little bit of a stretch but for the most part it was a fat leaved short stocky girl. Its color was a bit lighter in green than the other pheno as well. It had bumpy crown like calyxs on the top of the nugs and had a musty coffee tobacco smell.

It tasted musty coffee earthy tobacco hashy with a very slight sweet freshness that runs away too quick and left my nose very fizzy. There is a bit of lung expansion for sure. This taste was complex but not over powering or lasting at all. After my green hit it was pretty much an earthy tobacco. It was unique in that it had a coffee must to it but this was not its strong point. I gave it a 4-5 out of 10 in taste just because it was not lasting. It wasnt something that you can taste in your mouth an hour after smoking.

The buzz was like a whack to the head. Literally 1-2 hits and you were fine, but I tested the limit and put myself on the line for you IC Fam and research and I took around 5 total hits this sesh. If it can happen I describe the buzz as rocked in the head and just couched in the body. It was heavy. A real quality just fuck you up relaxed indica. Kinda go away in the head and you are stuck for a sec and then it comes back and rocks your head again. I gave this one an 8-9 out of 10 for its buzz. Pretty much intoxicated.

Potency was another strength of this pheno. Like I said 1-2 hits and you really are good. By the 3rd and 4th hit your fucked. We smoked another hit or two and it did get us even more trashed in terms of ceiling on the potency. I have come home after a night of drinking and taken a hit or 5 off a bowl of this and just puked my ass off. This is really rare for me and that is the only reason I mention it. This shit is strong. I also need to mention that before packing the second bowl I did knock my bubbler over and even though I saved it quick I just wanted to show the level of my intoxication. So strong that I could not get to sleep on this shit.

Overall I gave this a grade of 7-8. The taste really is not there to stay but the buzz is very strong. Its dense nugs and unbelievable potency sound great for potential breeding, but the taste turns me off. Anyone who knows more about pollen chucking than me please chime in here as I have my last opportunity to pollenate this girl in the next day or two so tell me what you think or make a case for it as a keeper. With the querkle and sour bubble pollen I figure I could make a nice sweet potent bitch that would leave you with an intoxicating smile.







Ms. FT's report:

Sweet, incensy light inhale. Tangy smokey flavor with hints of smokey light incense in the nose. Exhale leaves smokey sweet scent in nose even if you dont exhale through it. It is smooth but with a bite in the throat. Bittersweet incense inhale still in nose after second hit too. Felt the start of the high as soon as I exhaled. In head, got me spaced. 3rd hit was just sweet smokey taste. Very heady but mentally functional. Also feel a strong buzz in chest but this might be intensifying sore muscles from working out. Makes you lose yourself in a super fucked up place but can snap out of it. It really is smokey sweet. The buzz is a lazy heady buzz that intesifies the senses. I do not want to go out, want to lay around. Easily zoned but I still have a quick mind. Good before bed. Taste just does not wow me. Just a delicious kind bud. For potency it scored an 8/10. In the taste category it scored a 5/10 and in the buzz category I gave it an 8/10. Overall it received a 7.

Hope you all enjoyed the first night in this string of 8 crazy nights. Look for the other sour bubble bx3 pheno (S3) tomorrow night. It really is a treat as well. Until then, peace and smoke heads.

Really enjoyed the reports. Me and misses ganja smoked a joint of our strawberry cough and then another of double strawberry diesel while reading it. We decided to smoke each night, a lot and then give each other a hanuka present after reading your smoke reports. Can't wait till you get to double strawberry d, maybe one of our phenos is the same as yours.

My report:

The smoke report we are doing tonight is on our chosen keeper pheno of the sour bubble bx3 we called S3. She had smaller nugs then the other plant and they were more spear shaped as opposed to the bumpy crown of calyxs on the S5. She is darker in color and will purple up some all by herself. She flowers in 8-9 weeks and is very short and squat so this affects yield of course. She is very covered in trichomes just like basically every sour bubble I have seen. She smells a lot sweeter then the other plant but still has that musty kushness.

Taste- very fresh spicy sweet kushy hash. a little more lasting in terms of 2nd and 3rd hit and the smoke really makes the room smell fresh and sweet. It is very pleasant, sweet, smooth, kushy. She does not last as long in the taste department as I would like, but she is the sweeter of the sour bubble bx3s and is a real treat. I gave it a 6-7 in the taste department.

Buzz- it comes on from the first hit and sits you down if your not already. On the 2nd hit im chilled and buzzing in the head, relaxed, more euphoric and pleasant than S5 because S5 you felt more just intoxicated. By my third hit Im done and have body tingles or waves. It is really euphoric waves that rush over the body and keep coming. This is what really makes this girl stand out. Never had a rolling type of body buzz from cannabis before. Its like you feel really great and euphoric then couched then euphoric again. After while just stuck, watching tv and wanted to laugh or smile but it just happens in my head, not physically. A lot more medicated as opposed to intoxicated. I really loved this buzz and gave her a 9-10 for how unique and euphoric it is. It is not a giggly euphoria, just body waves man.

Potency- I didnt feel it was as one hit quit as the other sour bubble bx3 but maybe it was because I wanted to taste it over and over again. I gave it an 8-9 in this department. It will leave you sitting like dead putty weight in a chair with a mental smile in your head.

Potential use- medical, relax, day ender, better for sleep than other S5

Overall- once again I have had a longer lasting taste, but never a buzz as good as this. Out of the indicas I have smoked I give it an 8-9 overall just because there has to be something out there with that same buzz and taste all the way through the ash. So even though this is my keeper the search will continue from here.







Ms. FT100s report:

Immediately deep sweet taste, smooth in and out, leaves a delicious sweet taste in the mouth and the ari even smells of sweet incense. Feel slight fuzz in head after 1 hit. On the second I get the same taste with slight smokeyness. Stayed more in the nose fizz this time. Head fuzzier now, but clear functional. Moving to body....relaxed. On hit 3 it taste delicious and sweet still. Completely functional but body is buzzing/rocking and mind is buzzzzzed.

I think it tastes very unique and sweet. It was smoother, the buzz creeps on you, but you can tell it is strong after this first hit. I like the buzz it is very relaxing and rolling in the body, but has a slight to moderate head too, very chill.

Taste- 8.5
Buzz- 9
Potency- 8
Overall- 8.75

Well there you have it folks. This is the plant I have chosen to make f2s with so far. Thought I might explore some f2s with the S5 hoping to find same density and potency but with a taste, but have about 1 day to pollenate the S5 because I have no more clones of it so convince me someone.

I dont know which strain we will report on next but it will be chemdawg d bx1, querkle, or double strawberry diesel, guess you will just have to keep up with us huh..... Peace and smoke heads and hope you enjoyed crazy night#2. Nothing but love and respect.

Great reports. Sounds tasty. I notice you both described the high as rolling. That's cool. Good smoking chemistry makes a good couple.

Ganja d- yeah we both described the buzz the same way and we did not share a word about it until 30 mins or so after first toke. Good green for sure.

Amoril- glad you liked the way we did our reports. I like them in your own words as well. I really think you can't go wrong with sour bubble in terms of a strong indica with a great buzz. I don't know if it is the Grail a lot of people make it out to be but it is damn good. Thanks for stopping in.

Good evening heads. Hope your Hanukkahs are still going alright even though we have to go to work in the morning. Not long til christmas break I guess. Well here goes tonight's report on the querkle from subcool our pheno called P3. Enjoy......

My report:

This plant stays pretty short and has medium to dense nugs. They are absolutely without a doubt purple. They flower for 8.5-9.5 weeks and have decent trich coverage. They really smell very floral and sweet towards a fruity berry.

The taste is very delicious and sweet. I want to say its grapey knowing in my mind it is an urkle cross but its more floral berry sweetness like a starburst or skittle taste left in mouth. It is a pretty smooth smoke and I can smell it in my nose and taste it in my mouth after my first hit. The full taste lasts through about 3 hits and then by the last hit in a bowl there is just a hint of actual grape sweetness. Not like grapes the fruit, like grape the artificial flavor. In the taste dept I would say a sweet floral fruity berry starburst purple taste. I give it an 8-9 on taste.

The buzz is excellent on this girl as well. It hits the head after your first hit and the taste puts a smile on your face. On the second hit it is still a very pleasant smiley buzz that is in head only. On the 3rd hit I notics some tv audio and some body start to creep in and relax me. I describe the buzz as an early euphoric head that creeps to a nice pleasant relaxing body while maintaining that head ring. Kept smoking all the way to 7-8 hits and talladega nights had me lost in it and I had to snap out. Pretty wasted. Had some nice energy to it. I give this girl an 8-9 on the buzz as well.

It is hard to rank in potency for me because of the creep factor and us taking like 8 hits. On the 5th hit is was creeping hard and really just wasting me. Reeeeelaxed but thinkable clearness. Just plain fell great. Very very strong at 7-8 hits and good for sleep as I wound down. Once again hard to judge but I would give it a 7-8 for potency because it was not as strong as the sour bubs in terms of 1 hit quit or maybe I should take 1 hit and let it creep and see where it goes.

Overall the taste on this one lasted better than the previous strains or it just stood out to me more. The ring to the head with energy that crept in to the body and just really relaxed you was nice. Nice and excited feeling good at first to a euphoric chill of body with a rockin head. I give this one an overall score of 8.5-9. Great taste and buzz all the way.



Ms. FT100's report:

Sweet nutty inhale. Smooth in and slight cough out. Head change within a minute of first hit. Fruity sweet in on second hit, harsh out but no cough this time. Head is for sure more flipped. On the 3rd hit it is still sweet but not as dominant.Kind of a burnt taste with it but not a bad burnt if you know what I mean.Kinda tasty. Head is cloudy and heavy but Im still functional.It is ok before bed and gives me a heavy head, relaxed body, with a little energy.

Hope you all enjoyed night 3. Tomorrow it will be one of the other 2 phenos of this querkle I have here. They all have their good points about them and are very hard to pick a keeper. Hash Z- yeah i always wanted a goose that layed hash eggs. thought that would be sweet. thanks for stopping in and hope your with us for the ride man...

Artic- the s3 pheno is bomb and that is the one I have chosen to pollenate. It will either be some of the sour bubble bx3 pollen I have or some querkle pollen I have. I was thinking why not create another clusterfuck in the genepool and cross the querkle to it and hope I get lucky. Seems more fun than making more sour bub seeds. what ya think?


Now for tonights report. I had a rough Monday and will definitely be up all night working tonight so its looking rough. Send some positive vibes this way if you could. Nothing that a smoke report cant help right, especially one like tonights. It will be my favorite of the querkles and it is also a unanimous favorite among the crew. It is the P4 pheno.

My report:

most trichs by far out of the querkles, has a fuzzy look because of all the trichs, very many orange hairs, had people say it looked like alien bud. purple hues all over it but sometimes hard to see because of pistils and trichs. short and very dense golfball nugs, not as dense as S5 but close, denser than s3. Fastest flowering plant I have period, 7.5-8 weeks and done, I always take her later because I want her to swell up more but if I took her exactly when ripe ill bet I would get even more heady buzz from her. smells like sweet starburst flower fruit, sickly sweet, beautiful plant all around.

Taste- Ive had other friends say it tastes like skittles. first hit was a very sweet complex grapey deep fruit starburst finisher. 2nd hit lasts in mouth and nose maybe more than first hit it is so good. Same with the 3rd. 4-5 still sweet starbursty berry but with some smokiness on the inhale and then still the taste on exhale. Even on an ash hit I could taste the sweet in the exhale. 9.4 for me here. Very good, best candy tasting weed I have.

Buzz-starts immediately working the head, more relaxed head, not as much energy as p3 but stronger in what it was doing to me, 2nd hit stronger and more ringing in head and neck, very chilled, time stopping shit, heady relaxedness, creeps in strength as well. 8.5-9.5

Potency- 2 hit feeling good for sure, 5 hits and teeth clinching potent, feel slower, absolutely chilled, ring to the head and ears, so fucked up at the time I said more of a bing than a ring, lol, just high as shit. 8.5-9.5

Overall-9, amazing last to the taste, great quality of buzz, medicated for sure, happily, purple sweet berry starbursty alien weed, some thinking involved, amazing bag appeal, might score higher but need to see tolerance to it to really give it that upper echelon of the high 9s or even a 10. Post report add on: led to more than snuggling after smoking to put it lightly.



Ms. FT100s report:

Immediate sweet taste. Not super smooth, but just slight cough. Buzz creeps to head, then to body. Pretty nice buzz. 2nd hit strong grape taste this time, but still a bit harsh on exhale, grape taste reminds me of grape kool aid with not enough sugar in it.End hits are harsher but still sweet. I easily zone out but still very functional mind. Theres an underlying energy in body a lot but like it rings the head it rings the body.

I liked the kool aid like taste, but did not like the harshness on the exhale. The buzz is very nice. Id say more body than head, but its a great combo, I feel good.

Well there you have our favorite pheno of querkle. Out of the 4 girls we got out of the pack we tossed 1 and came down to these three. They all have their good points but I feel this one stands out so it is my momma n such. Anyways, halfway through these crazy nights and hope your doing better each day. This one will be a crazy night for me for sure, wish me luck, peace, smoke, and a restful night for you all.
