I've had root rot and the last time I changed the water I completely disinfected my system with h2o2, even the plats in a strong solution. I Also added rhizotonic and cannazym.

But it seems I can't get rid of the root rot, is it time to completely start over?

Tank Size: 18 litres
Feeding: Canna calculator Light feeding
Tank temp: 21C
PH: 6.5 - 7.3

I ran a DWC this summer with res temps averaging 29ºC with no trace of rot or slime. Somehow, you're putting the slime in. My guess would be your nutes and additives. I ran GH FloraMicro, FloraBloom and pH down with nothing else.

I'd field strip everything non-porous and sterilize with a 5% bleach solution. Anything porous (plants, clones, rockwool) throw in the trash.

Don't use h202 to sterilize, use bleach like FreezerBoy said.
It seems like your ph is to high. I'm not sure but this may be contributing to the root rot.

Could the root rot be attribute to the fact that all my tools where placed on the lid of my Co2 brewing container? I mean there's yeast and sugar in there, might have moved small particles around in there.

should have a spray bottle of whater/clorine and disinfect everything within that tent.
Oh yea, forgot to ad that im using Canna Aqua for nutes. Not that it makes any difference.

wow that's some bad rot dude!
I agree with Freezerboy go with just clean nutes, run just the canna A and B you should be fine.
As for saving this plant, you could try to rinse as much of the rot off as possible and if the roots are dead trim them way back, then add the canna aqua with some h2o2. That's your best bet, I had to do this with my a k this year, it will be a setback for the plant but if you want to save it this might work. If you have access to more clones I would replace it.
here's my a k the roots got rot and died back twice after I transplanted it into the greenhouse in august when the air temps were above 100 F and the water temp would rise above 90 F during the day.

Good luck

I'm not sure if you can save that plant, but once you disinfect and stuff you can add Dutch Master Zone to your res which will help prevent and control rot/algae. Its a root zone conditioner.. its like slightly soapy and has chloramine (i think) which is a pretty safe and stable disinfectant. I've used it before with great results, plants seem to love it. Also usable in soil to help control fungus gnats, and as a dunk with Dutch Master Penetrator to systemically eliminate powdery mildew from your plants. Its a pretty good product, and it lasts a long time. (I have no relation to Dutch Master the company! lol they just make a few good products)
