$800 for the worst and ~$1100 for brown clown. That's why I grow. Nothing but dregs around here commercially. End of the distribution chain and stuff is usually too old.

3k to 3500 central valley for quality

downwards of 2k for mids but I don't play with any of it.

most of the stuff up and down cali tend to come from a few sources either way.

Either way I don't play the buy game anymore, homegrown fire + cheap to do it is the way to go..

Another cool question would be

what does it cost you to grow a lb?

Karynne, are you pricing to sell? I use the buy three, get one free method. It's good for shits and giggles but I wouldn't necessarily run a business this way, lol. I don't get the chance to compare mine vs commercial in quantity so I start at the bottom.

Say your pot compares as well as commercial stuff selling for $100/quarter ounce. The 3/1 says:

ounces - $300
quarter pounds - $900
pounds - $2700

If the market is dry, prices would be higher.:witch:

It's not rocket science but it's an easy way to keep pesky customers from low-balling a sale.

1 pound = 16 ounces
16 ounces = 448 grams
therefore 1lb of marijuana is 448 grams or 16 ounces
k enough of the conversion crap
1lb of quality smoke in Canada's biggest city(Toronto) is $2800-$3200 depending on how chronic the smoke is..AAA or AA

I wonder what the total overall market is to commercial growers canada wide? to think of someone who makes 150k/yr growing weed and selling pounds for 2500, thats nothing

Ive seen pounds as high as 3500 though, never more. the market is 10/g to the street kids.... if you sell to the guy who sells ounce minimums, well, the pricing has to scale somehow. its who you know.

is anyone here commercial? they probably don't want to share details, but I'm curious what growers here in canada sell their pounds for?

If you're leo, you're welcome for the info.

I'm from Alberta. 'Kush' prices are ounce $260, pound $3200-$4000. Regs is like $2800.

In BC most growers sell below market and get ripped off. By the time it gets to average smoker it probably ends up being 500-1000$ per LB more especially if it's leaving the province.

In peak season outdoor goes from 1000-1600 varying with strain and quality
Indoor 1800-2500 again varying. People are paying over 3000 a LB for Kush and other exotics in BC tho. It really depends on who ya know.

Outdoor kills the indoor trade around here right now, you would be lucky to get 1400 for primo. During off season 1800-2400 is no problem. If it's heading down, 3600-4000.
