just wanted to show my filter i made for my friends 4x4 room,he doesn't have a big smell but wants to control the Little he have with out making wholes in the wall or making a whole on the door to take out the air , so I decided to make a filter that will recycle the air in the room and it's been three months and it's WORKING!!!! of course johnny has to open the door to come in and out but by that time the odor is too low..Its made from parts around the house a small but strong table fan , chicken wire, activate carbon from the pet shop, a tin cup, carbon activate ac filter . pantie holes and zip tides .
I HAVE MORE PICTURE IN MY ALBUMS.:yeahthats

a lil diy micro type, double pencil container type from walmart, smaller pencil holder inside of a larger one with pantyhose seperating the 2 filled with activated carbon found in the pet area...works like a charm..probly filtered bout 2oz worth through it, and it still works awesome. i also stuff a new dryer sheet inside it every month or so just for added precaution ;)

hope that turned out ok...maybe I'll do a tutorial if I ever get a camera...design worked out really well..I was proud of myself using the square to circle container as an adapter from the square fan to the round filter...and the way it unscrews makes it super ez to change out that dryer sheet and switch to a new filter..which I already have built and ready to go..haven't need it yet though.

oh and that's obviously the filter on the left..in grey..should have made the airflow lines coming out too..but it's already uploaded, and hey..I drew that just fer you sito :nanana:

Hey Grow1620, just out of curiosity, you are pushing thru the carbon filter rather than pulling, and before the air gets pushed out it is travelling thru the dryer sheet? Wouldn't it make more sense to have the dryer sheet on the outside of the scrubber so that the air after it is scrubbed comes out smelling like downy fresh? It looks like the way you have it set up is making the scrubber work harder by eliminating the smell of the dryer sheet from the air. Or am I reading it wrong? Anyways, if it works...fuck it. Take care!
