This is the tub, it's 14 gallons.

There plants on the left half are Jillybean and on the right half are Jacks Cleaner.
Straight perlite for the medium.
Fed with AN Sensi One bloom.
They are in veg right now, will be flipping soon.

nice garden!

w/ only perlite, how often do you water/feed? same as perlite w/ vermiculite?

have you tried nylon rope(s) out of drainage hole into res? [wick]

kiddie pool?

Is your tub perfectly level? It looks like the plants on the right are getting more nutes or possibly they are closer to the lights?

Subscribed This is gonna be an interesting watch - looks like the clones on the right were just more established from the start? Or perhaps it's just the difference between the strains.

The strains on the right are stretching more in flower.
Right side is jacks cleaner and left side is jillybean.
Hempy buckets don't have a res, the pool is to catch the overflow. There are drain holes about 2 inches from the bottom of the tub. I water daily, about 1/2 a gallon of tap water.
I very rarely feed my plants in hempys, cuz they don't need, they are thriving.

Day 10 of flower.
The stretch on the jacks cleaners is crazy.
I might try using bushmaster next time.
They are getting just over 1 gallon of water per day.

woah. that tub exploded!

at first glance i though the kiddie pool bottom was cut out cuz the sediment matches the color of your carpet. haha.

The jillybean is very orange flavored. She tastes like orange dreamcicles.

you seriously "rarely" feed? i just want to make sure i understand.

i use hempys and i feed EVERY time. only h2o to flush at the end ...

Interested to hear that you are only feeding on occasion ... i may have to give that at try ...

good work, i love the tub idea, i should have done that a long time ago.

Feeding really depends on the strains. I also have grown in hempy buckets for a while and some strains need nutes more often. The most I have fed was once a week though.
