Here some of the pictures of my trip. I highly recomend going there. it is a great park. Enjoy Many of these are at over 11,000 ft elevation. I wanna see everyone elses pics of the park too.

After I took that picture of the huge storm cloud rolling in I had to literally run down the mountain to beat the storm. I was at about 10,500 ft. my camp was at 9,000 ft it only took me like an hour to do 6 miles, and I beat the storm by like 10 min.

thanks for the good words guys.

It is easier to go down than up. plus lighting in the the distance, getting closer, is great motivation. Aslo I didnt want to have to ditch my new 300 dollar metal framed osprey pack.

nice pics of a great place HZ. I used to live near Denver, and I'd take the fam up the and loved driving Trail Ridge Road. The highest paved highway in the US.
