here goes my second "real" grow indoors.

starting with just one white berry (vegged to 19" or 48 cm) and one opium (vegged to 14" or 35 cm).

i am still in the middle of updating my dr80 tent to make it a little better and cooler. currently i have a 250w hps with magnetic ballast inside the tent. i will be installing a 250w diy cooltube and a 240v lumatek ballast very soon. i have also added four 4' sunblaze t5 fluorescents running vertically in each corner. they will help keep the light supplied evenly below the canopy.

both are in 3 gallon pots filled with pro-mix bx with advanced nutrients pirahna added. all organic nutes have and will be used. from here on out i will be using botanicare liquid karma, pure blend bloom and sweet, b'cuzz bloom stimulator, advanced nutrients voodoo juice, and grandma's molasses. C02 will be kept around 1500 ppm while lights are on

more white berry girls will be joining them soon but i wanted to get these girls going asap. i have been looking forward to growing both strains for a while. i hope to be smoking from this white berry plant on 4-20. lets hope!

thanks for stopping by MRBIg$ and JamieShoes! i am pretty excited about this grow even though right now there are just two plants in there. gonna have some different strains joining them if all goes well. gonna make this my first SoG.

thanks stevius! here is the tutorial i used to make my cooltube. i still haven't hooked it up yet though only because i need to hook a 240v line for the ballast. honestly i have been smoking that nycd and it can make me a little lazier than usual gonna have it hooked up asap though.

everything is going great though. the opium started to shoot little white hairs out way faster than the white berrys. i will post pics when i can

good luck in your new grow mixin....

i'm still going again to grow NYCD this time some F2 seeds i got from my plants...

and also going to try that hybrid i made Skunk x NYCD must be sweet


anyway the best of luck with your new grow (my guess it's that it will be a monstrous grow eheheh)

thanks jonas. i can't wait to see your new skunk x nycd cross!

everything is looking great with my white berry and opium grow. i have a total of four (two white berry and two opium) the mix of the two smells very fruity and sweet. kind of smells like grape or strawberry jelly i have been told. i haven't had time to take pics and post them. after they get a little more mature i will though i promise.

here is a mix of 4 white berry and 2 opiums. tent is a little crowded but i have the t5 fluorescents running up vertically in the corners to get some light down low. the white berry and opium to the right are 20 days into 12/12

(biggest plant to the back right is a white berry, just in front of it is an opium)

(the opium is to the bottom right. its a fat little bush)

(here is a white berry cola forming up nicely)

i will post more pics as they start to mature more. i am really looking forward to photographing the white berry plants.

I think that those vertical t5 are really good idea


One question... is it just me or are the photos (white balance) that I see lots of yellow in leaves...?

i took those pics with my light with the white balance set to tungsten (3200k). all the girls are nice and green in there. we just took a bunch more pics and some macros so they will get posted asap

the white berry are really turning it on now and starting to fill out fast. they have about 30 days left. i love these super fast flowering plants!
