Cherry Slyder x Sour Bubble BX4

I had a Cherry Slyder going and was gifted some SB4 pollen and decided to go ahead and dump it on the CS and here is the first grow of the offspring.

I just dropped 10 seeds into some distilled water and so it begins......When they crack and show tails i'll get them into some peat pellets.

The Cherry Slyder cut came from skitty and the male pollen came from a male grown out by THCstaind.

The male SB4:

I gave them 12 hours of soaking in water and now have put them into a wet papertowel and placed on a seedling heat mat to germ.

All ten were showing tails. So I put them in some peat pellets that had been soaked using distilled water and heated on the seedling mat before I put the sprout in. Once we start seeing green i'll post some pictures.

Hey I have to give you a huge pat on the back for that detroit lean bro! woooooohoooooooo! man is that some killer shit.Its some of the nicest i've grown in a long time and I really wish all the cuts I took off it hadn't died.Now it was cherry slyder x ? or was it even cherry slyder?Whatever it is I love it.I only have 3 beans of it left though .

Detroit Lean is Cherry Slyder x Deep Chunk did any of the Cherry flavor come through in yours ? I also have some Chem D Beta BX1 x Sour Bubble BX4 as well.

Haven't cut any of it down yet but it will be soon and i'll let you know.One plant is in a small pot and has lots of rock hard buds all over it that are just sooooooo frosty then the other one is in a 5 gal pot and its got some big ass buds that are so light green and frosty they are white.The big plant with the huge buds has buds that are just a bit fluffier but still very fucking nice man! I really wish i had a whole crop of this shit right now but my blue god is even nicer and this time theres lots more of it.I aint running out ever again fuck that!I had like 30 jars full 3 months ago hahaaa .I wish I had smoked it all but I gave lots of it away.The DL was looking like it was done a few weeks ago but i'm glad I waited because I can tell the buds got way more solid and lots more trichs too.I hope I get the same pheno if I grow this again because I can make this shit yield insane amounts of zips per plant.I can see getting 10-15 elbows per OD plant too if it grows the way I think its gonna outside next year.Email me at: [email protected] so I can yak at ya

Heres a few pics of one of the small detroit lean i'll be smoking soon.Awesome strain bro It's got more of an orange smell to it if you ask me but its still growing so maybe dried and cured it'll taste/smell like cherry.

Many many times I stopped at that counter on my way to the kingdome or a midnight laser showing of Pink Floyds Darkside of the Moon. Drop a hit and laydown and let your mind go.

But, wow, if thats the small one how much bigger is the other one ? I am starting some of these tonight to run soon myself and hope to see something nice. Start a thread and give us all the details from here out.....that way when I do mine I know whats good and what to pass up.

Well I only have 3 beans of that left and these will be cut down soon so when the timing is right i'll pop those last 3 and hope for a nice male and a nice female so i can make some more beans to share.



I grow in sunshine mix #4 , I use #5 nursery containers and i use jack's classic(formerly peter's professional)20-20-20 and a little liquid karma for veg and jacks 10-30-20 for flower with a little molasses during flush and thats it.Don't go out and buy peter's if you see it still on the shelf because the company only bought the peters name and their product is garbage.I get 8 lbs of nutrients for 31$ and the shit works better than anything i've ever got from a shop.Its sold online at jacksclassic.com and you can buy them together as "the dynamic duo".The story about how they sold the peter's tradename is on the site too i think.I used peters for yrs and yrs then it disappeared and I was pissed off until recently i found it online as jacks.What else do you need to grow good weed?I don't need to spend $1000 on nutes and run out halfway through a crop when i get 2 four lb. containers of high quality nutes for 31$ that lasts me 2 crops or more depending on how big a crop and mine are usually fairly large.
Growing weed has been way over-complicated with the technological generation and the internet If you ask me.I laugh my ass off every time I go in my growroom and see hundreds of fat tops that are so frosty and potent and huge and numerous and all I really do is water them every other day.I never check ph because I know its perfect and i don't fuss over anything other than making sure not to overwater.If you don't have a good strain you might as well give up anyway because 90% of the battle is in the genes of the strain.
That plant was stuffed in a closet with like 10 others in a 4 x 4 space so thats why the bottom half really didn't get any light so its bare but fuck it i hate trimming all that little shit anyway and i usually just toss it in a pile somewhere for emergencies.Thats how i knew this was a good pheno because i didn't care for it for shit hehe I hardly ever watered it except for when it looked droopy.
BTW the lavender x deep chunk from S_A_H looks tasty too and i'll post a few pics later.I put a bunch of your deep chunkers outdoors and they got huge AND MALE! hehe

The only thing that I think could make my crops grow any better would be CO2 but i run like 5000W of HID which requires a shitload of air circulation and I don't see how I could even keep a good enough concentration of it in the room.All the air in my room recirculates like every 2 minutes or even less I have so much air blowing in and sucking out lol.And it wasn't for the AC reflectors I could never run all that light in such a small space (9' x 12').

And wait until you see some of my blue god plants WOW i can't even look at them anymore or i'll end up chopping buds early they look and smell so freakin awesome.

Here is a couple others a week ahead of the last ones. They are under 2 65w CFL lights in FoxFarm Ocean and only been watered haven't fed them yet.

Has anyone used Cherry Sour for a strain yet ?
