Hello Thai,
That Punta Rojo Looks Exciting Did it form big heads? Do you have a plant pic?
This was a clone off plant that expressed purple after being brought in and put under LED. This clone did not get as big as its mom but many Sativas I find get bigger heads on larger more mature plants. This clone was not as big but I think spending its whole short life under LED seem to bring out more intense purple.
But I suspect if finished outside with a cold snap the purple would also be pretty dominate.

I have 3 plants that are all bent over and tangled together, but yes, the indoor look is big fluffy airy buds. The best I can do in a picture is a bud at the point when buds start to differentiate off of the main buds. The buds started out like golf ball shape then developed spires that filled in. There may be contortions due to the plant being too close to the light bulbs. It was very stretchy and fast growing. The main plant top is bent horizontal, and this 6 inch long bud is where the buds start to look separate and distinct from the main top.
This second picture is of the horizontal main top, when the spires started shooting out of each sub-bud. They later filled in. The picture above is about 3 sub-buds off to the left.
I think the bud on the left is the one in the top most picture, with a bare spire in the upper left corner.
Here is the plant before it got chopped, multiple times, and the rebounding branches got bent over repeatedly. Super fast grower.
This is what you get if you ask me to show pictures of my babies. LOL.

I grew two Punta Rojo this past season One stayed a little more managable but took 14 weeks to finish. But looked very similar to yours. The second was a whispy nightmare, I threw outside and was covered in mold in a week. Not sure if I will grow it again.

Male pollen
Male pollen
Removed one top branch of a male plant that was heavily laden with pollen pods.
placed it in a small shot glass with some tap h2o and it's thriving.
I tapped it this morning and a light dusting of yellow pollen hit the air.
1) If I were to refrigerate this branch would it produce the same potency in its pollen as if it were sill on the plant?
2) Can I just leave it in the h20? If so how long will it live if I added a bit of corn syrup and it doesn't seem to be doing any harm.
3) Can the cutting use the sugar or is it just a waste?

The super is a bit of a pun on Nevil .
Every thing is super . Super Skunk , Super Kush . So why not Super Laos ? he he .
Apparently it was some hybrid that was circulating in Thailand . Heavier body stone than the regular Laos brick . Bigger seeds too .

might have to cross it to something and call it super duper...
i did grow a few plants ,, they didnt behave like a hybrid (compared to something that was quite hazy) , the laos/thai genetics seem to be dominant , i was not able to finish them unfortunately due to some problems ... so very interested to see how they turn out ...

very strong growth from 2 of the 3 laos. will pop more as space permits. the only other plants i've grown with this kind of vigor have been mullum hybrids....
yes the vigor was noted here on the few i tried ,, i recall bushy saying the same ...

Autumm coming, reducing 2-3 minutes of day lenght, or opposite, increasing night lenght 2-3 minutes a day.
