They need bigger pots. A light soil mix or if it's coco grow more coco, and 0.4 EC of bloom food for the P and K, and some epsom salt for the Mg and S, and they'll be fine.

Weed needs at least 1 gallon per foot of soil. And frankly the more the better. You can even start them off in large pots.
