how do you guys feel about cork'ed jars? ive got a small nug jar with a cork or course. and well, after taking the cork off, and inhaling a nice whiff i get a more pleasant smell than my regular mason jars. also i think the taste is more noticible and the smoke is a little smoother.
perhaps its in my head. maybe its the cork vs. screw on type lids, or the type of glass, im sure the mason jars are glass where as handblown nug jars may be made of pyrex? shit im high. rambling.

I was in Pier 1 Imports not too long ago and they had some cool ass jars. I scooped up a medium size green one with a cork lid. I only paid a $1 for it too. I might have to go back and get a few more. I got alot of little stash jars. When I travel I keep my nugs in a smaller jar I can hide but still keep the dank fresh. It's a pain in the ass with it bulging but it's better then a sack. If you got stinky nugs then you can smell it through the bag. Not good in certain situations.

I'm really not understanding how those cork lids make the buds taste better.. I want to test that out! Anyways I use mason jars and they work perfectly. Tight seal and stinky buds GALORE!

never hurts to sterilize the jars before harvest. keep them warm and moisture free. delicious

and since I only keep my green in glass I have a few "baby food" jars for the road trips.

When I was growing, I was using cheap plastic mason jars for curing. Not the best thing in the world, but it did the trick......

I've been throwing in a few grams at a time of different kinds of buds I come arround in the area in my glass mason jar.. I have over 3ounces saved up of different quality-buds in my jars, some of which have been curing for almost 10months!!
All the buds are not far from the original grower, and have been dried and manicured correctly for a proper long-cure.. Theres shitloads of different strains of bomb nuggets in my jars that are sticky as fuck, smell amazing, taste great, have all sorts of colors, and are guaranteed to get me stoned off my ass within just a few bong-rips!!!!
... Some strains that have been curing in my jars include BlueBerry, JuicyFruit, Skunk (multiple crosses), Northern Lights, White Widow, GodBud, PineBerry, BC (the good kind!), Lepew, Critical-Mass, and some Great OutDoor!!! This shit is so fucking bomb and it's gonna keep me so ripped over the winter with some nice, iced bong-hits!!



With over 3 ounces of these varied, fuckin bomb cured nuggets, I have one big mason jar filled and a smaller wide-mouthed one half full! I plan to keep 3ounces in the bigger jar for another month to cure, and picking out some nice buds to keep in the smaller jar to smoke.. Some buds have been curing in there for almost a year and there's so much variety, I can't wait to smoke these trees!! I'm gonna have no trouble and will keep stoned all winter without any hastle!!
