is this a light bleaching?

i have this plant under a 250hps and moved it to sun for a couple of hours and in a couple of days its all damaged.. i have other 3 plants but they are not burned like that... thats the only i put in the sun

^^ same here. The sun is WAY more powerful and intense in heat & light than the most powerful HPS or MH light humans can produce. Peace.
 
yeah thats light bleaching, but your plant should be fine. just let her go. trim the burnt leaves if they get dried out.

yes plants have hard times adjusting to light changes but them seem to adapt and thrive wherever once they have a chance to figure out their conditions.

if you start a seedling outside it will grow leaves that can handle the sun.. but you see what can happen if you move from indoors to outdoors with a plant that isn't hardened enough..

hahhahaha thats funny, but i think he meant hardening off by training, put plants outside every day for an hour, then two hours, then etc. good laugh
