awesome.. i was hoping they would get there shit together.. RB seems like a good guy.. but in the closed loop business.. u need to be able to get shit out asap. or atleast give people a ETA of when they can start watching for it .

Or just don't set the bar so high for yourself lol. Not only has be not been good with returning emails as proven by customers, but he made himself look like an ass by trying to call Carla out on it. Stay humble sir redbeard, it's a much better look for you.

I can't speak to some of that. I do know a friend that has cluster headaches gets relief from CO2 concentrates like he doesn't from butane concentrates...interesting. I don't know that it defeats the purpose of the significant investment in a CO2 system. We're only talking a 10% concentration yet look at what it does to run times...interesting. Maybe the combo is the best of both worlds? I dunno and just passing along some info and food for thought.
Seems like a lot of it has to do with starting a business and biting off more than you can chew...and possibly fail.
I was hired to assemble and pressure test the large 4-5# red beard extractor. Came together nicely. The owner was a little upset with the delayed shipping....he had been expecting it by 4/20

Sorry for such a long time away... we've been working hard getting systems out and are just about caught up.
I know everyone has their views and opinions, but starting a business is tough and balancing work life even more difficult.
I'll need to do a sticky up top as we got bumped for having our website down for so long. Just too much to do and not enough time to do it.

I received half of my 2.5# redbeard in the mail today. The other box will arrive tomorrow. Everything looks high quality so far. I'm super excited to get this thing built and pumping out oil! Thanks RB for coming through! I'll post some pics of everything as soon as the rest of it gets here tomorrow.
Just got mine this evening, some of the areas that join together are kind of dinged up, but i'm hoping it doesn't affect the seal.
did you get any paperwork (instructions) with it?
What thread tape should i be looking for to assemble this thing?

Picked up our system yesterday. Everything looks great and very well made. It did take longer than we thought, but the customer service far surpassed the wait. Super helpful and a very nice person to deal with. Went out of the way to meet us after hours. Good to see others getting their systems as well. Now, to get home and put this thing to use. I'll post pics soon.
