jesus F-ing christ alot of BS the last few pages here....RR and a few others basically said what i was thinking, but way too many points to even address. certain arguments are just petty and do nothing but clutter up the thread...case in point DIDM arguing about moldy clones, pointless and doesnt contribute anything but invite drama and internet keyboard warrior mentality.... Yes, the GSC clones came unhealthy, but thats par for the course out here, yall really have NO IDEA the people these cuts were pried from.... not ICmag growers, but thugs who grow pot for money and operate grows for pure profit like criminal enterprises...guys who do not care about closet growers, hippies, or giving people compassionate deals. when the guy who first leaked it decided to break his homies trust and rules, he probably pulled the sickest clones in one of his 4 different grows with secret hopes they would just die. these guys dont care about the things most of us do, they will sell you a PM infested clone and laugh, they will mislabel clones left and right just to get their "poppin bottles" money....so when i hear people say with such certainty "we have %$*$ out here, its everywhere and free" , how are you so sure? do you have DNA verification? or at least post some pictures if its really what youve been told it is...names of cuts have morphed into a brand name just like platinum. i would highly question the source of such cuts if "i bought it at so and so dispensary" is your story.

it will become the exact opposite. Monsanto and other big corps are already trying to patent certain strains of cannabis....strains will become brands, and the company with the most exclusive things will retain an advantage over those who run common ones. even a whored out strain like "blue dream" can be copyrighted and only that certain brand/club can sell it...
having an exclusive strain that is highly desired will give you an advantage in a market that is already saturated to shit with competition...its like toyota developing a new hybrid technology that gets 150 mpg and then sharing that technology with honda and kia before they can corner the market...unless honda is coming to the door offering a nice percentage or an equivelent technology that would benefit toyota, its a big F-U in the normal business world. so stop complaining that growers try to operate like businesses, if there wasnt 100 new grows being setup every week and LB prices werent falling like stripper panties, than maybe people would be more willing to share...

So basically my friend did not have to put up thousands upon thousands, to get this cut regardless of knowing it had unforseen problems, but he did. He didn't have to quarantine it and take care of it properly, but he did. And he sure as fuck didn't have to give it to anyone, but he did. And it kinda sucks because the few people he gave it to gave it to many literally across the globe and he didn't see a dime on all their profits. Then people come on here downing it for whatever reason, saying everything should be free, and why are you hoarding!?

What most people don't get is that most clones ARE free or tradeable online IF you know the right people and if you make the right connections. Standing there, pounding your fists on a table and saying no fair isn't the right way to go about it. I have people all the time saying "i wish i had X or i wish i had Y"...gimme a break, go be resourceful. And another thing I've learned over the years... Don't ask for stuff. If people want you to have it, you'll have it... another lesson not taught often enough. Respect goes a long way. And that's not being cocky, there's plenty of shit I don't have but it's mostly because the people that have them are the kind of people that I wouldn't waste the time being communicative with. So instead of insisting on everything free, go make moves - this was written not in specific purpose to anyone, but to the many people online who constantly whine about how all clones should be free and given out fairly to them after someone's spent years working a line and spending 1000's and 1000's to do so =)
Well odds are I probably blew any chance of having anything handed to me from this crowd by my loud opinionated comments in this thread, but I dont care cause I've never been about that. It's up to each of us to stand on our own two feet and bring our A game in life. We have the power to change the world, if we dedicate ourselves to it. What it's really all about in the end is making other people's lives better, not just our own. What is given away is returned tenfold. And believe me, I am speaking 100% as a businessman right now. The person I'm speaking of could give 2 shrimpshits about credit, glorification of his name, or being a nice guy to help out others. He's probably the most generous guy I know, but only to people that he's close to. Not everyone can be Oprah and give everybody everything that they want because they are a good person. Which is exactly what I said. You used the word "gifted." Do you know what a "gift" is? It's something you give to someone, with no expectations in return. That person is under no obligation to you. Otherwise it would be a "loan." When you give "a handful of people" a cut, you might as well have given it to the world. So yes, he did in fact give the cut to everyone and their mom, whether he meant to or not.

I LOVE the blueberry pie strain and have been looking for that strain for the past month or two. Actually just posted in the strain section to see if anyone heard of it. Its my go to day smoke at the moment. The smell, taste, and high are all exceptional. Maybe one day Ill find a cut.
