What's new

Mass/RI/Con Growers here!

Been busy trimmin', cleaning, getting stuff outside, cleaning, and a little bit of eating & sleeping mixed in........

Hidin' behind some Cheezle, stuff has a very fruity smell once dried, smells COMPLETELY different than when growing. The dried fruity smell is exactly like the fresh smell of my holy grail (that I didn't know I had at the time)

Cam shot of a cool looking ecsd leaf, I am in love with ecsd, I knew it was a keeper when shortly after smoking some for the first time I took a crap & then forgot to wipe my ass before I stood up.

I got 6 bales into one swamp spot right before the rains came, still need to set-up this spot & bring in some manure. I'm gonna be one jacked mothafucka by the end of this season.

I did another 5 bales + 4 bags of manure, a pallet, fence etc with a partner yesterday, it was a bitch of a spot. Driving over trees in the truck, than lugging everything through cold waist deep swamp water... We got one roughly 175 gallon air pot set-up though, they'll be pix of it soon enough, gonna throw a 4 footer in it in a week or two. We took out two blueberry bushes & built "le' isle of pro-mix" on top of the palet, wrapped everything with fencing then lined with landscape fabric, and filled 'er up.

TB,

Nice work using those A/V type casing for shelves - Nice and creative and extra sturdy. I'm sure you could even mount your ballasts to it as well =]

Anyone else getting ready for an outdoor crop? I got some fencing out and set-up... still haven't decided weather I'm going to go threw with it or not. I was planning on running blumat maxi's hooked up to a 55 gal. drum... maybe do I couple 20 gal. pots... When do you guy's throw your clones out there? I hear lot's of people wait till later in the season to prevent early flowering..

Bi0,

Those shelves are the best. The hydrofarm t5 8 bulb 4' fixture is like made to fit in them. They rest perfectly on supports in place of a wooden shelf.. So they don't even need to be hung, which means they can be raised up higher than the hanging cable would allow us to have the fixture. Bought the first shelf, immediately after filling it we knew we needed 2 more in the room, they have increased productivity like crazy.

Looking nice and busy their TB, can't wait to hear some smoke reports on your favorites, looks like you'll have plenty of different stuff to try out!

Just put the finishing touches on the room the last couple days, only thing giving me a fit is the CO2 generator. I took one of the two plugs out because I really only need 1 plus it helps keep down on the heat. Anyways I put the pipe plug in and tried it and their was still a flame coming from it, I turned it off and tighten that plug so hard I stripped it, I was ok with it beacause I only need one, turned the thing on and it was fine for a minute then a tiny flame was still coming from it, so right now I am trying to figure out how I am gonna take the pipe plug out, if anyone has any ideas please throw them out their before I end up with a broken generator, lol.....Otherwise the room is moving along......

Otto:

Have you tried the potato trick? Like people use to remove a broken light bulb or sometimes metal stuck in metal. Maybe a metal on metal glue that lets you reattach it - then when it dries you might have enough leverage to twist it out.

I've heard there are some new Co2 generators that are water cooled so that they don't really ad a heat signature to the room. I gotta research again the name of it.

Hey TB, thanks man feels good finally being able to settle down in the garden.

Bio, Yeah the thing is small I did all this last night late, then fooled around with it again this morning and was about to throw it off the deck until I walked away from it took a few bong rips and googled some solutions... I am gonna try hammering in a tork head then loosen it with a socket wrench, if that doesn't work I am gonna run over to the store and get a Drill-Out/Screw-Out Power Extractors set, hopefully one of them will work.... thanks for the ideas!

Ideally you want to wait until the 2 week forcast has lows no lower than 20* above freezing, so if 2-week forecast says night lows no lower than 52* you're good to go in terms of soil temp & rate of growth making it worth being out instead of in. This usually occurs around the middle of may, which is also right around 15hr's of daylight. My mothers & clones are all on 15/9 so as to prevent flowering. With seedplants it won't matter much.

SO GO CONNECTICUT! About time after only being shot down about 5-7 years in a row. The only negative things said by people against the bill was that we be breaking federal law and how would the state protect its people under state law if the feds get involved? Just a bunch of BS, those people are the ones who are getting their pockets loaded with cash from the big pharmaceutical companies in CT (pfizer most likely). Since the state is in such obvious shit debt, really no one can argue the economical impact it can have, just look at the other states who have passed it, as much as they don't want to admit it, medical marijuana is a great boost to their economy and crimes related to marijuana have dropped significantly, saving the states time and money in the already ass backwards court systems, that needs to focus on the true criminals.....
