i do it for the root-soil food web in all of us.
I grow organic because of the guaranteed smooth smoke and the more complex odors of the plant. Also the overall plant health is higher and has improved resistance to pest and disease, which is good insurance against a crop failure or low quality product. I also prefer to just water throughout flowering with a few supplimental teas as opposed to mixing many bottles of stuff every time I water.

The taste of organic grown is better than chemically grown cannabis IMO , the resin profile is more complex in essential oils. It's better medicine

in my stupid opinion, solvent extracting hash, made from organic herb, is an insult to the plant. even with certified organic etOH solvents. I mean... what's wrong with smoking whole resin gland heads? thank you to the member(s) that gave me all those +reps.

I have made QWISO a few times. I don't like it enough to try to do it again, ever. I thought I was pretty good at making it. Not my cup of tea.
I just ordered some bubble bags and hope I like what I can get out of those. If not I'm ordering some silkscreen frames.

Thanks. Like the OP hasn't been done to death already. I should change my subtitle to "thread jacker", but "wannabe professor" is more likely.
I actually have used Bubbleman's gear, and one bag from Mila, the one bubz doesn't carry. The folks at freshheadies are good people and very professional. Getting bags from Mila is horribly complicated and slow. The prices for both are ridiculous, but fheadies toss me enough freebies to keep me happy. They even ask me questions to try to figure out how I am using their products.
But I have been forced to modify the washer and am about to retire it. I also had to create my own technique to get the cleanest separation and cleanest extract (two+ separate stages). The bags on line are cheaper, but I can get a 5 gallon set for $30 and throw them out in a month, and still save long term. Mila charged me $109 for one effing 5 gallon bag because I didn't try to work her for a deal.
Stainless steel is well overlooked by all except crazy joe. And he's worthless for his complete lack of communication skills. Those in the know are already using all stainless steel washers.. I'll post my version of an all stainless ice extraction run. I only do that for smaller and I only use it for my trim.
Really, you should check out my how to hash thread if you want to make hash like this. I give up 95% of my technique. I used to have one here. It's actually easy if you use fresh frozen trim from a good grow (you should have that covered), lots of ice (tip: make your own with RO), the right bags (see my thread, too long), and control all the variables (that's the hard part) from beginning to end, and "break" (not the right term) your hash up at the perfect time (crucial tip!). Don't watch anyone else's and forget everything you've learned about "bubble" hash. Hash is such a crude term, bubble, don't get me started on that term (bubbles often mean not dried extraction, but smaller bubbles can be from decarboxylation). This is ice water extracted trichomes.
