Need an oscillating fan for tent

i got a active air brand wall mount that i mounted to a board hung from the ceiling of my grow tent. this model doesn't like to be hung upside down. makes noises. i've gone through 2 of them so far. anybody hang oscillating fans upside down with success?

thinking of going with multiple clip fans instead, they are about half the price. anyone use the clip fans, which model?

any tips or ideas for me. thanks in advance.

i got mine at target for 20$ out the door. One broke but the other is holding up like a champ, so you are really taking a chance. If it breaks, take it back, eventually you will get a good one that will hold up. I hang min upside down. for $20 i should have bought a dozen. They dont have them in the winter time, so stock up. I tried to get a fan in the winter time and all that I could find was ones from the hydro shop for like $70!!!

they have clip on oscillating in walmart auto section for like 8 bucks i think. it's a cigarette lighter plug in so you have to buy a 30 cent adapter from amazon.

very helpful responses, i'm going to shop around and try several and stock up on the one i like. i bought 4 stanley blower fans after i was thrilled about the first one i had. hard to find a small fan that oscillates.
