But still that is over regulation, what else is there you are aloud to produce and use but not sell?

I could tell you about a chain of islands where the law of the Elderly overrides "Federal" law...and those Elderly....ALL smoke (hint hint!).

What if you are not able to or don't want to grow your own ? Can't smoke then?
This policy is better than nothing but still far from ideal. I'm kind of suprised so many members think it's such a great policy.

I am not familiar with the exact definition of the Spanish law regarding "selling" it may not exclude compensation w/o profit for having pot grown by someone else.
Also keep in mind no law can, will and is able to satisfy every single individuals needs/demands and requirements such as and including those listed in your post.
