What are you guys using for this? There was a beautiful bubbler on here that had a titanium plate that rotated for oils on here that im interested in but cant seem to find one. The shops in my area don't have anything like this. Where can I get one? Would you recommend anything else? Thank you.

A lot of our local glass blowers have been blowing hash/oil extraction bowls for bongs. I don't have one, my buddy does, maybe I'll snap a pic tomorrow. Basically if you imagine a regular bowl, with no hole in the bottom - instead three holes around almost the top of the bowl. They are designed to be used with a glass rod to heat up the hash/oil. FYI, you will need a cheap butane torch because a BIC lighter will not get the rod hot enough, quick enough. Hope this helps ;-)

I tried to PM Hashmasta-Kut to inquire about his cutsom oil pipes with the TI pads, but I don't have 50 posts, so I can't yet use the PM feature. Grrr... Guess I shouldn't be such a lurker. I was wondering if HK is really trying to sell his pipes, or if he simply hooks folks up once in a while. I just made a big batch of oil and am feeling frustrated smoking it off a screen with a bubbler. I'd love it if someone could somehow help me get in touch with HK or someone who could point me toward one of those TI pad bubbler/bell systems.

You can use the bell with glosticks (glass), or get yourself a chunk of Ti. Not quite the elegant convenience of kut vape, but works nearly the same.
Illadelph (and other Co.s) are making bowls that have 3 small holes, instead of traditional push, so extract can be burned (using glostick) inside the bowl without a screen.
Also, depending where you live it shouldn't be too hard to get something made locally.

Not intending to hijack the thread, but I'd really be interested in any oil-users' input as to easy-to-use smoking/vaping methods. I have a regular bubbler waterpipe (handheld, not a bong) and a Volcano, but haven't had ideal success using either with my oil. I have a lot of oil due to some mold recently, and would appreciate any suggestions as to finer points of technique, etc.

the method i use is very easy and fast to apply multiple tokes in a row.

i would get a piece of titanium or stainless, and hold it with pliers over a small bubbler bowl that has a large draw(will be able to suck the vapors downward effectively). heat it then apply oil. thats what i did at first. works pretty good.

That's just the k ind of practical advice I was hoping for. Here's a Q: Could you just place the TI piece directly in the bowl (preheated), sort of like a screen, and then drop the oil on top? Even as I'm typing this, though, I'm imagining that my future involves acquiring some other kind of apparatus that is more suited to this purpose....

you could, but you would hope to have it formed a bit to hold the oil on the ti maybe or it may slip off a flat piece and run into the bowl.. you can use good stainless too. i actually know of a design that i just heard of that has titanium in a bowl so to speak. still waiting to see it.
