Like I said earlier there is currently a push to raise the minimum wage to THB 400.00 = USD 11.90 per week .
Cali gear was up North by the border when I went to the weed shop in Nan .Mac 1 .
But the locals were smoking a Hung Garok . That was pretty good weed IMO . I didn`t think it was weak or CBD .

Yea 4 bongs in a row and I was pretty smashed once they all came on, the first one came on as I was handed the 4th on and I knew I was potentially in trouble lol.
The reason for so many in a row was they had never seen a westerner pull a bong in 1 hit like they do, on another visit there with every guest who stopped in to get some weed i had to show them all how a westerner could pull a bong lol
It was such a surprise to them all and quite funny for me knowing everyone where I came from could do what I was doing, we surmised that Aussies visiting Thailand back in the day brought the knowledge of the pulling a bong in one hit back with them since we also had the same bamboo bongs when I started toking..
Speaking of the brick I recall reading after they legalised weed in Thailand and freed 4000 gunja prisoners the authorities said they had 11 tonnes of brick and were waiting to give it to the people who claimed ownership lol

The Mekong river flows through the Golden Triangle and down to Isaan .
It was the high way from India / China to Burma ,Thailand ,Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia and all places in between .

I did a Vietnamese Black and it looked really sativa, tiny thin leaves, wispy flower, stretched maybe more than anything I've seen.
When I used it, idk about sedation but it just spaced me out with me just thinking 'fuck.....'. every time I had a decent amount it was almost like an impending doom feeling. Made me feel like everything I was looking at was a picture or something. Never really had that again, don't know if i need to.

I have had 2 smokes of Nevil`s Haze that had the impending doom vibes .
One from Wally and the other from Yo Sammy in Holland . Both had really strong head and body effects . But just nasty feelings that some thing was about to go wrong .
The Yo Sammy NHz is a cut that came in the set with AG13 and HPHz from his Haze cartel .
I smoked a joint one morning at Sammy`s house and started to get a spiral of dark paranoid thoughts . It must have shown on my face because Sammy said are you OK bro ? I told him no I wasn`t and was freaking out a little . He said you gotta treat it like a trip she can have a dark side .
The other time I was driving on a highway . I had been smoking hash and weed from Wally all day and I was getting bored . So I thought maybe I`ll change it up and try this Nevil`s Haze he gifted me .
Half a spliff and I am not feeling happy . Nervous and sweating . Checking my eyes in the mirror paranoid that if I meet cops I will be busted on sight . Same sort of feelings when I arrived home as well . Impending doom or self depreciation and gloom . No fun .

@Elmer Bud - The NH crosses I have gotten from Wally are awesome, solid yields.
I really enjoyed the NHxZ99 for me it was racy and energetic.
Pretty lucky to go hang with Yosammy, his yields look insane.
I don't think I know too much about the Dutch genetics or anything, only from forums.
When someone says for example - All of Thailand or whatever has been touched by Dutch genetics... Is that like NL5 Haze or what is it....do we just tell from the structure or yield?

eats a brownie for the first time. I don't know why I re-ordered the vietblack to be honest....maybe a breeding tool. Never in my life have I just sat there staring at a wall just saying "fuck....." No panicking or racing thoughts just me thinking I'm in some other realm...corners of my vision seemed darker.
The description with the nervous sweating is what I actually want to find in some lines I have.

I ran Kunnanurra Sunshine from OJD originally from Nevil supposedly.

The Haze Whisperer
The High Elmer's describing comes from the Colombian side of Nevil Haze and what the old Columbines affects were like. The effect comes on prity fast, and the intensity is all at the front end of the high, it then backs off to a strong high with a mix of stone and the flower look of those NH are a dead giveaway of a Colombian flower too.
I like the Thai side of the NH the high takes around 30 min to fully hit the high is as close to acid as it gets in weed comes at you in waves just like an old school Thai would.

it was common to mix tobacco with herb in Melbourne ,
its also common with some Indian folks who toked chilums ,
because a big lump of herb needed some help to remain lit and burning well ,
thats what they told me anyhow ,
but , its very addictive and i dont recommend it at all ,
and yea it does give an extra boot to the bong too ....

And yes, there is a big push to bring the minimum daily wage in Thailand to 400 baht, I read this during my stay, it started in a few provinces, Thailand is expensive today

A brick spliff that was very common and easy to find until not so long ago in Thailand(I have no clue where it was grown and made, could be Cambodia or South Laos) rolled in a Risla or OCB paper size number 1, the smallest. Not a pinner, not a fatty but something in the middle, like cigarette size was giving around 12 tokes more or less. Half of it was enough to get you high for 2 hours. No tolerance, every time you smoked it, it was hitting you same same. Not like modern hybrids where you smoke the first you feel the effect 30 min, second spliff you feel 15 min and third spliff of it good luck feeling something
There were batches and some were better than others. This weed had character meaning every batch was hitting different
The weed I smoked up to 20 years ago in Laos was a lot more powerful than the brick.

A pinner Rizla 1 size containing 10-12 tokes got you very very high. No tolerance at all like the old thai brick and different batches quality as well
Paraguayan weed was hidden buried in the ground. In the tropics. This method of hiding weed unavoidably leads to fermentation. When I saw first time Tangwena Malawi cob thread, I got so happy. Finally I saw weed like paraguayan weed was. For me it is not very clear how good is sativa weed from just looking at flower, I simply saw amazing looking brick in that thread
In South America it is rolled pure without any filter. Weed was oily, oil was running down to your fingers
It was almost impossible to smoke the roach. You smoked the roach and got high 3 hours average with the better batches, 2 hours minimum normal batches.
Never heard of tolerance problems in my life until I started smoking recently all these modern hybrids
These roach toking artifacts you could find at any handicraft fair, almost every smoker had one except the ones making it with a rolled paper or a matchbox not wanting to spend the money on the tuquera as we call it in spanish.

In Europe people burn the hash directly in order to heat it and dissolve with tobacco. In the Levant people were making a spoon with the aluminium paper side of the pack of cigarettes. Then you apply the fire on the alumium to heat the hash. Burning it twice you degrade it.

It is like spaghetti, some people love dry Barilla, I always prefer hand made fresh pasta

Being from states i learned right away , we are the crazy ones who smoke it pure. thats what every country said. lol all of Europe Canada and Austrailia they thought we were nutts cause we mix has and weed joints or bong tokes lol if wa wanted tobacco we just smoke a marlbro
