Can any of you comment on 'burning season' in northern Thailand? is it THAT bad in Chiang Mai?

Yes, the "burning season" in Northern Thailand, including Chiang Mai, can be very bad, with thick smog and poor air quality impacting daily life, particularly for those with respiratory issues, from roughly mid-January to mid-April.

Kalasin is not any different than Sakhon Nakhon, around those mountains it is government CBD weed or people growing hybrids

So settings and set ups are not the same for everybody. I never felt like this at the beach but I felt this setting and set up thing when I was high in historical ruins or sometimes temples
They are not expensive at all, they start at 300u$s a month. To rent a tiny condo apartment is same price
I was impressed at the amount of farangs living in Udon Thani, so many mixed couples. It is always a farang man married to Isaan woman. I hardly saw farang woman married to Thai man. I saw 2 couples like this and they are rare
Farangs are easily 10% of Udon Thani population. And certainly a big economic force in the area
And these are not young farangs. Very few young people and they are just passing by on the way to Laos

How much it has developed and grown in the last 20 years is unbelievable. In my country Laos is promoted as the cheapest country in the world. So far from reality. same economy like Isaan, same pricing
I am enjoying amazing cosmopolitan top notch cuisin. A lot better than VangVieng, I really got dissapointed in VangVieng to see it today how it developed, not to talk about the weed scene

I spent most of my life in touristic spots and the beachWith meself - good 'erb is linked to good music - and the place you get high at - looking back are so many memory anchors - linked right there - from the past - that conjure up a nostalgic memory - and good Thai 'erb - toked in a beach setting - in Thailand - is one of my memory 'Anchors' -

ive eaten them , they are good ,
second looks like some sort of little shrimp , maybe freshwater shrimp, in oz we call them prawns ,, i prefer them peeled , but maybe those ones have a soft shell , some crabs do too and they are ok eaten whole ,,
lastly looks like crickets ,
ive had them quite a few times and they are fine too , some are smokey bacon flavor , it ends up a bit like eating chips really ...

She buys them from famers @ .50 Euro and resells them for 8.00 11.00 Euro each seed , And shes helping local farmers ? Same with Zomia , Arjan makes me so sick and his traveling clown circus ...

The ones selling for 10euro a seed is Zomia. No way they pay 50 cent a seed, not even 50 satang
Their weed is full of seed. Just buy 100 grams and you get tonnes of seed
She buys weed from farmers cheap and sells it x 10 or even x 50 profit margin. All that hermaphroditic weed she buys from farmers is full of seed, she doesnt need to buy seed and in the province 18 baht for one seed is a crazy lot of money
It is legitimate to be a weed merchant. Thailand is full of them
If local farmers cant reach the customers paying this money and she does, then she is helping them sell their CBD garbage otherwise farmers could use their weed as suppository because locals dont like that garbage weed and foreigners wouldnt touch that shit not even with a stick if they see it in a dispensary

The most expensive Prempavee sells now is 6u$s seed, the new hype black mango with just 1% CBD. Finally she is publishing a little CBD now, last year everything was 0% CBD and 19%THC like if those numbers matter

Average price now seems to be 1,5-2u$s per seed and if you buy 50 seed from her you can get the price down to 1,2u$s seed

I watched a Prempavee video where she was making ferts for her plants by chopping up over ripe fruits and turning them into a fermented tea .
Never seen that before .
Although I have been told several times by folks who have no clue that the old Mango Heads were grown under mango trees or that mango skins were used as mulch .

we get that around here, in the beautiful rolling hills of eastern usa... that and it's fertilizer season, some stuff that's a lot more potent than regular old manure...
there's evil shit those farmers are putting out haha, but also yeah ppl burn all kinds of trash and u gotta hope you're not down- wind.
i'm sure many (especially if you live in nyc from what i understand) can say the same, we were getting those canada wildfire smogs real bad, had to wear a n95 to work which sucked but damn it was bad.
can't imagine there's much more regulation on burning b.s. in northern thailand than there is here, i can imagine it gets really nasty with the benzene and who-knows-what in the air
