i got it
it sounds like a racket lie what they have in virginia, where they will only grant the golden ticket to those chosen few

but if you have a seed who knows where it came from
There's also a huge application process to get into the market so it's funded by investors, I don't know the current rules but they made it impossible for the average person to afford getting into it plus they couldn't hire anyone with a pot record, it's a pretty big scam but people must like it because they voted the same gov in 3 times.

The government tell us they made these rules to monopolize to get rid of the criminal element.:ROFLMAO:

We cannot fix stupid, we can only inform.

Prohibition happened once with alcohol, a common drink for Westerners. In a single night, FDR made an entire nation into criminals.

Now, cannabis was made illegal for the paper industry at the time. The other reason was to remove it from any medical use. That would create a dependency and a monopoly on health care.

At this point, you will see the same bad actors that made it illegal are now the very same that are pushing for legality and government regulation against “home growing”.

Why?

Filthy Greed.

Cheers!

The gov takes credit for being progressive and legalizing it but the Terry Parker case already did that and they had no choice

Yes they are scum and getting money both ways while selling freedom . The same people who wanted growers jailed for life now are doing a service.

In Arizona, the rules were to have your business completely setup from front to back and have a $5,000 non-refundable application fee. If you were not apart of “the club” then you would get rejected, the application fee would be forfeit, then you would have to figure out what you are going to do with the investment that you made which is now useless without a license.

When I was researching getting into the Commercial Cannabis Industry the market was absolutely saturated to the point of fire sales. It was stupid. Then there was a massive dry spell that could only be accounted for by the over-supply and then an obvious cut-back since the dispensaries stopped purchasing from farms or slowed their own production.

The people running the Commercial Cannabis Industry are bean-counters and hardened criminals. I’ve never met a single person on the corporate side that resembled any one I would see at a Slightly Stoopid show or at any beach I would frequent.

Basically, they aren’t us and they have nothing to do with us. They just see an opportunity to make a small fortune at the expense of our health and financial well-being.

The people that did that to us knew what they were doing.

Fucking evil.

I remember seeing a video with the RSO, the patient went from on controllable spasms to absolutely normal in 15 minutes.

The world we live in is not what it seems.

The younger generation has no scope of what it was like. We couldn't even go in and buy a high times magazine without looking over your shoulder to see if maybe a rat or cop would watch you. I remember buying grow equipment in an alley or at a busy mall . We would get a non grower to buy the equipment, you couldn't speak on the phine to the store or mention weed.Cops used to scope grow stores and if you went in that was pretty much all the proof they needed you were a grower.

In the early mid 70's we had head shops and freedom, you could buy bennies, rush, pipes, books, any paraphernalia you could think of,anything you wanted ,then overnight they banned everything and went nuts and would bust you to go to court for a roach

Bro, I remember building a 50W HPS after getting a 4’ fluorescent tube work light. It was safer just being on the lookout for any pieces or parts you could find on a normal trip to the shops.

The most stressful was getting the potting soil. I would always dress a bit “neat” and act as if my Mother sent me to the store and “I don’t want to get yelled at for getting the wrong thing.”

😂

Now, I just order all of the parts from all over the world. When I go to the hardware store I just pick up peat moss and perlite like eggs and milk.

No one cares any longer, the “green scare” is gone.

You had the good times.

The cannabis plant was too difficult to Tax in that era of revolvers and two-way radios.

You know what was easier to Control and Tax?

Cocaine.

And lots of money to be made taking part of the bust or bribes. Most times if you have enough money you can bribe your way to innocence
