I only had Depuy's Contracture in my ring finger, which was bad enough. Just getting the shots in my hand to deaden it for surgery was seriously painful, due to all the nerve endings there.
I was fortunate that the surgery and recovery went without a hitch.

I would at least talk to a hand surgeon first. You’d be surprised how much you would miss that pinky finger.

they have high speed patrol boats and submarines out there in the Straight of Juan de Fuca

Woe is me - <holds his jaw> - the dreaded toothache 
has re-emerged - after a cracked tooth and old filing came forth - one week or so ago - so finally after suffering a coupla bouts of unnecessary pain - toking heavy 'erb - taking Ibuprofen and codeine - dragged my sad self to the dentist - and after examination was given a 7 days course of Amoxycilin - and then have to go back to have the tooth pulled - one of those real fun things in life - that seem to crop up - more frequently - the older you get - <thinks that's ok satire> -

Nothing much worse than toothache.
i'd try for a root canal to save the tooth first unless it has cracked off under the gum.
I'm available for extractions.

Once you lose a tooth you get gum recession and the tooth next to it will maybe have problems later.
Try to save it if you can.

Feeling a little jittery this morning mind and dogs had me up a lot last night...........maybe some dancing to wind down a bit?
Not likely dogzter...I'd try that once and be traumatized afterwards but I'd like to watch you have a go not only would this build on your fire suppression abilities but perhaps you could combine the two.
I use to love to watch my small Banty rooster out smart the bigger Rhode Island rooster and get in on the action.
That was the situation for many people, what a shame we had to hide in the shadows and be looking over our backs. I always think of a fellow on here called orchidman from days gone by and his postings of his grows, he always impressed me for the time.
Do you recall orchidman at all TK?
I know there are people who would prefer to go back to that time but not me.
