When it comes to deciding between a can of sugary soda or a LaCroix, the sparkling water is a much better choice for your overall health: soda makes you gain weight, puts you at risk for several chronic diseases, and destroys your teeth worse than plain old sparkling water. (Hello, cavities!)
But like everything in life, LaCroix should be enjoyed in moderation. Drinking a few cans a week is fine; downing one 6-pack a day could spell trouble for your teeth.
My younger sisters friends were more of a blessing than my older one. They were twin foxes and played basketball and one of them was team captain and Homecoming Queen, so I got to socialize with their team members and of course be available to smoooze during slumber parties, but I never actually got lucky.I was blessed with a Sister who had girl friends .
I drink water all morning after coffee. I switch to sparking water starting around 3:30....one can lasts till after dinner......then something that rhymes with snodka. All in moderation.
Its so funny ,my girl on my shoulders goes nuts when she sees my Honey make motions to grab her .
She jumps on to her and loves it.
Which makes me want for a minute of silence to truly appreciate and I mean truly appreciate being in a household where the two females in the house love each other and like each other at the same time.

I drank seltzer water for years, but switched to water with electrolytes in it. That allows me to drink more water without flushing out my blood electrolytes.

Good times! In the late 60's and early 70's before herpes, we had menage parties going with as many as you could fit in a hot tub with a good time being had by all.
Way more complicated after the "Free Love" years. For me it has only worked out with one.
I tried to keep multiple women happy and it always got tricky toward the holidays when they all had expectations and one year every one broke up with me, leaving me with zip.
I did a taste test at a party once to see if anyone could reliably pick out the Perrier and the after a few sips, the carbolic acid reduces your sense of taste and the one that got the most votes was Poland Springs.
I did the same thing with popcorn to see if my wife to be could pick out her favorite, Orville Redenbacher, but I switched the containers so that the OR was in a Jolly Times container and the Jolly Times was in the OR container.
She picked the Jolly Times popcorn in the Orville Redenbaucher jar as the best, as did the rest of the popcorn aficionados in the group.
