No wind to speak of, tree branches are barely moving. But do the 12 min drive to the village and it's known for it's wind. Very cold winter winds.
My orchid is doing it's thing, I've had it 8-10 years.
Evening folks! A dreary/lazy day and that's ok. Watching a bit of football, pizza and wings for dinner. K got herself a fancy desert, but I'll be eating ice-cream.

This sounds painful Boo, and thanks Oldman but fibre seems to make me worse.
I've had hot pain and grumbley grumbles in my lower left abdomen and the squirts on and off for about 14 months now.
Just waiting on the scan coming back from the bermuda triangle it would seem. 10 weeks turnaround.
I've found a couple of strains that just melts the discomfort away in my abdomen though, but I think I need to just hit the water, chicken and white rice for a few weeks, try and give my gut a rest.
It's no fun having a dodgy bottom.
Jan 2011 my colon exploded, and they chopped a chunk of Diverticulitis out. Feb the repair failed and back under the knife for the full Monty slice, dice and bag. 3 months later the 3rd round to hook it all back up as OEM configured.
That was when I quit smoking cigs after the first round. It was clear out to the end of the year before I stopped dreaming of them and spotting a butt in the gutter with a drag or 2 left on it and think " I'll just carry it a while"

The ocean temps have been steadily rising, for the last century at least/
2024 was the hottest year. on record.
I've seen climate change. Birds stay later and arrive earlier. Hurricanes are more frequent/violent.
Ask some 1st Nation folks what they think. In the Arctic, trees are moving North. The sea-ice is melting sooner. Polar bears are starving.
Who'd have thought the could catch all the crab in the Bering Sea, but here we are.

Bro there is whole global warming thread in the speakers corner. I responded with a video to someone's video on a subject. I don't want to debate global warming with someone on a weed site. Lets say it is warming up which may reverse,who knows? We have had 5 or 6 ice ages,is it safe to assume the reason for climate change is pollution? If so,why do they sell us products that last 1/10 of the time they used to? If it was so severe one would think they would make products that last a lifetime to offset the intensified pollution,instead we are sold products that barely suffice and some break before you get home from the store. They seem to support topping up the landfill sites and paying extra fees somehow is a solution. They play both angles,Musk builds EV's while the smoke comes out of his rockets. Ford scraps EV production and builds gas guzzling heavy duty trucks in that very EV plant.They don't care about the climate,they care about getting your money.
That tail must get quite the poof on it when Kevin is concerned about something.
