This is the feed chart from General Hydronpics Maxi Grow and Maxi Bloom. It gives you a general idea of the ideal ppm (left side of chart). Other charts should have similar values.
All I can say is that those are recommended doses. Check the ppm rise/fall to determine the proper nute strength. I have some crappy bagseed that would be burned badly at most stages even at 500ppm (.5 conversion).
I've used botanicare for about 2 years now and about 12 grows. I have never been able to go above 1000ppm in any stage without burning.(DWC)
Seedlings get no ferts until the first set of leaves drop then they get 650ppm until flowering.
First 2 weeks of flowering i stick with veg ferts and bump them to 950
After the stretch is over i change to flowering ferts at 950-1000 ppm untill the flush at the end of flowering.
That's how i do it and it's treated me well, hope it helps.
