On foot - go to homerton station (hackney) the shop is just down the road to the left, facing away from the station entrance.

Mainly grow shop though no good for bongs, blunts and the like

There's a place in Greenwich you can get Roor stuff, quite a good shop.

Other than that I would head to Camden Town, plenty of pipes etc in the shops and market there, but often the junky tourist end of the spectrum.

I'm sure there's loads of others, local shops in various boroughs, but I don't live in London so can't be too helpful.

i do know one on eltham high streetcalled "hempster.com"(not a link, its the name)
and theres a bong and hookah at "best in" i sw11. you walk downhill from the asda and you will seelots of shops, but "kitchen shoppe" and "best in"have some accesories if you look in the shop window

What can you get from Watford? I hate that place man, everything from the police to the little kids with a gold plated iphones...

SoHigh Soho on Berwick St (in Soho!) fabulous headshop owned and run by a champion of the UK pot scene (Marsha, married to Lee Harris (editor of the 1970s "Home Grown", europe's first cannabis magazine), I think - Lee runs the now not so good Alchemy headshop on Portobello road)
