They probably are T3's sold as T4's, nothing wrong with the price tho!

I would never buy another star again that doesn't give performance ( sinkpad, or a dielectric )


also the higher current you run, the shitter they become.. they might be fine at 700ma and under, but your going to loose light just at the point of the star

also seems a little low, but maybe they bought billions.. I can tell you they even went up in price maybe 1-2 months ago..
