If we pursue it. That ruling now forces federal agencies to regulate within the laws congress legislates. This means the DEA can be forced to take Cannabis off the schedule 1 listing as no legislation was ever written to put it there.

Big pharma wrote the legislation. So they obviously want it bumped to schedule 2 right before legalization.
