How do I calculate what exhaust fan to use?

I've read the ventilation 101 thread from a while back and am having some trouble. I have a 5x5 tent with an ac infinity t8. I am debating converting an old shop into a 4-6 flowering light grow. the space is around 20x15x10 feet. I have been running the numbers on ho0w much it would cost and was trying to find out what type of exhaust fan I should use. Would it be viable to just use a larger inline fan or to use something different? I was planning on install 2 window ac units into the space probably around 8k-12k btus each. I live somewhere with hotter dryer summers so proper air conditioning would be necessary. I'd appreciate any help. thanks

Isn't there a calculator for that here somewhere? I think there is...ive seen them in all the other forums i was on.
All you need to know is m³ of your growroom and it tells you how many m³ per minute/hour your fan should be able to move. Better research properly before buying anything. Many of my mates learned that the hard way
