what would it look like if you didn't trim the bottoms?

are you flood and draining?

why is your light soooo close?

Looks great man. Must be a real breeze to trim these up at harvest time.

BC, ya prob could but everything would be to tight. I like to leave some room for air movement.

Gonzo, with GDP I dont have to worry about branching out so it would look almost the same but with the lower 3-4 inches bare as I dont like spending time trimming the smaller buds.

At first my intentions were to F&D but I just have a RES sitting outside & I water by hand with a wand one by one with the runoff going back to the RES to be reused.

I try to keep my lights as close as possible & this is as close as I can get without burning or sacrificing light spread.

Abja, if I had trimmed the lower it would be nothing to trim but looks like I'll just have to spend a little extra time this round.

Deuce, don't know per plant but about .5 to 1 gram per watt depending on strain

looks pretty sweet dude, so how much do you expect to yield off each plant?

once rooted, do you veg them at all?

With this I expect at least 18oz not much compared to other strains I got sitting around but GDP is my all time favorite.

Once rooted to where the roots are plenty & bursting not just 2 or 3 poking I go straight to flower.

Sweet grow - and a nice big reflector you got. What size are those rockwool cubes? It's hard to believe such a small rootspace can build so nice plants. Do you ever have problems with mold?

Thanks

Blackone, its a raptor reflector. Spreads light out real nice. Those are 4" cubes.I found that 4" is just right & 6" was just a waste of money for me. Ya I've had problems with mold. This round I'm dealing with some PM as I did not trim the bottom & let it get a lil too bushy. Also had one or two plants in the middle get some bud rot but nothing severe.

Weeddaddy, the lights are about 7-9 inches away.

If thats 4x4 then I'm assuming the reflector is almost 4'. Whats the width of the reflector?

Ah yes, my favourite way of growing...a SOG. Clones straight on to 12/12?

Veg time is a waste of time.

socialist, its 30" x 41". Pretty heavy too.

High Country, Ya thats my way of thinking too. I hate staring at plants with no buds :) Ya clones straight to 12/12
