If anybody thinks a quality new F generation can come from 4, 5 or even 10 beans they're dreaming. This is how genetics get watered down...Hey yo! I got a male! I'm gonna make some beans...LOL.
Cannacopia is the man here cause he was given 150 Blockhead beans from Chimera in breeder packs and will sort through things and make sure any release is solid.

I know right, I went to register yesterday and they said my email already had one... Anyways I was on overgrow waaaay back and someone zent me free zeeds. It was awesome and I'm totally down for it to happen whenever.

are the seeds really small?? i remember the adventurously mixed pack i got (like 3 or 4 yrs ago)was mostly all small ass seeds....like really tiny

I remember this strain. Indeed a very tiny seed. I picked this bean up fron seedbay four to six years ago. I just found this thread on Blockhead while doing research on the strain. Than I found an old account I had but spent all of my time on OG. First post since 2005. There have been many grows in and out since than but for now lets keep this focused on the BlockHead. I started these beans back in April. Trained her indoors until May 15th. These are all 3ft x 3ft holes. Very massive root systems, so here is my Blockhead-(left) and K-Train-(supercropped, on right ).
There are so many large long solid branches everywhere. I can see the potential of these solid branches holding very large sticky and dense colas. The K-Train has since been opened up using stakes to train them. The same with the Blockhead. I wish there was a home in the Bay Area for all of these lower branches. I know a club that has some of this same strain. Just hurts seeing this strain and know I can not keep in alive year round any more. More pics and updates to come. Here is a teaser both pics from July 30th. They all look a lot bigger now. This years garden consists of Chemdog4, SuperLemonHaze-(GRN House), BlockHead-(Spice of Life), K-Train-(GRN House), Afghan Kush-(World of Seeds), Violator Kush-(Barneys Farm) and LA-Ultra.

What a great strain it is, damn those memories
Got them as a freebie and did reproduce them using AFmale & nice female, only got six beans from that, also pollinated Sweetpurple, Whiteskunk, Doublegum, & crazy B52 sativa with that pollen and it gave good results on every other plant than the BH momma

I did harvest her bit early, most in 48-49 days, could go longer for narcotico effect, but it had amber trichs at this stage also!

I still have those 6 F2´s I made + them other crosses & also Xyz´s great work is waiting poppin +++++ TRUE GEMS IMHO, Kromes NL x Leopard Kush Pure Kush x Blockhead´s, so im going to use these genetics in the next run!!!
Thanks for puttin that old grow up nycdfan042, it did bring tasty memories + I did remember that I still have about 1-1.1.5 G bud stashed from that very same plant, about 1.5 year cure + some hashdiscs I made from that sift

Nice Blockhead! I haven't been here in awhile because i stopped growing for awhile but i still have 4 Blockhead Beans left from an original SOL pack. It was hard to get them, and they stopped being sold EVERYWHERE about a month after i bought them. I got them from growshopalien.com because it was the only place i could find them. Great price too, like $54 US for a pack of 10. I wish they were still available.
Every blockhead pheno i grew was great, hands down the most consistent strain IMO. I had nothing to complain about with any of my phenos really. Every pheno seemed to produce amazing colors (purple in the calyxes, reddish purple in the leaves).
I saved like 4 Sensi Star beans from the same grow too which i am probably going to run soon with the blockhead. I have a bunch of other seeds, but the blockhead are precious to me lol.

Im crying because i wish i had this strain soooo bad but cant afford the seeds.
I just spotted one of the Spanish Seedbanks, Genethik, of Kritikal Bilbo fame, are offering Blockhead seeds... I was hoping for one out of my SoL Adventure mix but the light fingered MOFOS got to her first.

I to have a cross on the go containing kromes Blockhead . Its Blockhead x UBC Chemo. Does anybody know if Kromes blockhead is a stellar example?
