mid grade getting better and better?

i had a few thoughts on mid grade cannabis in the states. more specificly the south east.

has anone else noticed how common mid is becomming and hw close it's getting to AAA quality? i live in a small town about 4 hours south of atlanta and mexi brown import is getting is sarting to become almost rare sight.

every now and then i pick up some kind but mid is getting so close to the general kind that i find myself more and more prefering the mid over the $20 per gram stuff. mids around here are gererally soft, slighty crystally, seedless and so sour smelling an open bag will an entire room with a thick sour smell and never compressed. always thick nugget buds with thick orange hairs. basicly beaster bud only much smoother and almost no harshness. all for $10 a gram. or around 10 grams @ $50-60

don't get it wrong, i still love the kushes, blueberries, hazes etc. but mids is getting so close to commiercial hydro that i almost always prefer mid nuggets.

what do you guys think?

Yea for years I got pretty good mids,I'd almost say low quality kind bud.it ran me 50 to 65 a half o with very few seeds, fluffy and nicely crystaled up.Then I moved and lost touch,since then all the mids ive got from diffrent people looked almost swag to me.maybe I was just hooked up for years(about 14 yrs).Now days my meds dont last long enough to get me through to the next harvest so I end up getting some from the streets.

The fact is, our home growing asses are succeeding more then ever before. Do in part largely by the changes in the past 5-10 years with state side medical programs. More and more people have access to quality genetics, and those with the know how who are willing to teach them to grow their own.

We are bringing more good locally grown bud to market steadily then ever before. So much so that the need for the importation of compressed schwagness has dwindled. Those that were once pretty much forced to be supplied by commercialized cartels, are now being supplied with a higher quality by their neighbors instead.

As our valued genetic seed spread further, less commecialized black market sales, and smuggling will be needed, the higher the quality we will have access too. A win win win in my book.. Grow on!!

back in Highschool i would smoke mids and i wouldnt pay more than 5 dollars a gram for it or 25 a qtr.

that was for nice mountian mids to, not bricked up shit.

I would never pay 10 a gram for mids. Maybe beasters.

i actually tried to get some mids the other day for canna butter, but i couldnt find anyone with any. all i can get is kushs and purps and some occasional jack herer

That looks like complete shit. How would anyone classify that as mids? What is lows then? Dear god I would hate to find out. Mids around here are as the OP said, good, crystal filled, non compressed, same price as mentioned.

I guess we all have different definitions of mids though, I would classify that as completely utter dirt and would never put my lips near it lol

I know.I have had my own supply for around a year now,but I ran out.I asked a so called friend,if he could hook me up.Siad he could get some mids.So i gave him the cash he brought me the bag told me it was 35dollars.
I had my kids in the next room so I gave up the 35dollars.
I just laughed and went about my day.I wanted to but?Anyway I did try it.I rolled it up in a blunt,took a couple puffs and threw it away.Been out sinse.I can not believe the area I live.I could make a killing.I am from Ohio and I never even seen the shit they are trying to sell me here.I did find some beaster,Emm,not!It was going for 75 dollars for 3.5 gram.550 a oz.I may want to move.I been here for about 3 years now to nothing grade A.It was 2.9 on my digi by the way.What a rip!And a good friend.

The homegrown will be very dank.Yeah that is what peeps sell around here.I thought transform it meant money(lol)I see know.Anyway there is some ok mids nice color and other nice quality's for around 240 a oz.I know last year what this area call hi-mids was 150-180 but this year mexi brick dirt goes for 180-200oz.I will just sit back and wait till the crop unless I get lucky and find something worth smoking.

there might be treasures in those little black seeds, probably pure sativas so save them. the weed is shitty cause its old, from what ive seen, solid black and solid brown seeds are sats, and tiger striped or mottled seeds are hybrids or indicas

i grew some seeds out of stuff just like that. you will be amazed at what can come from badly handled and stored herbs. drug cartels have no care for the quality of the herb as far the dry and cure process.the shit i grew out ended up coming out light green with lemon smell. sat hybrid im guessing. most all commercial grows use some sort of hybrid because the are faster finishers.peace
