Bubblehash : How are you hand-rolling yours? I have some problem

Hey,

a friend of mine bought some random bubble bag on ebay if I can remember correctly which is doing a fine job I think. The only problem is that we are unable to roll the bubblehash to a end product that has melted and have a small black layer on the top of it...

when we try to rub it in our hand, it just stick to our finger and won't roll at all... the 25 and 50u is a little bit easier to do but the 75u is completely impossible to roll....

Is this due to the kind of trim we used? 2 kind were used and both of them are doing this...

So what I do wrong?

i had the same problem so i looked around here and got the directions on how to make a hash press out of 2bolts 2 nuts a socket and a c clamp good luck drelow51/50

High hgl, well to press properly a good piece is to first let it dry completely(at least 2-3 days in a warm room).
Take about 2 gr. of powdeer in your hand and cover with the other to warm up and start rubbing and rolling, at least 10 minutes per gr. vigorously.
The stickiness will go away to become more putty like and will stick more to itself then to your hand.
It could be a problem if you have very humid conditions in your area.
Experiment. I use a press only if I have more then 20 gr.

Thanks for the reply guys but I have some better update :)

The second batch we do was hard to roll after like 5minutes after the 20u screen (to remove water)... but a couple hour later, my friend started rolling it again and the process went pretty well! The hash is now very smooth and the manipulation is perfect! It is darker at the surface and very sandy inside!!

I'll try to rub some 75u powder some time....!

firstly... never press water extracted hash to aid in the removal of moisture.. patting it with a towel or sucking moisture away from it underneath the screen for example is fine.

when you press wet hash, your forever smashing some water into that brick of shish. oil and water dont mix, and you'll end up with water in the middle that either ends up producing mold or stagnates and spoils producing an ammonia like odor.

proper extraction and processing is really simple: extract your resin, the dry that resin sludge on something with good airflow like the pressing screen provided w/ most kits. card the resin into little pieces and stir these pieces for a couple days depending on airflow/ amount of product/ and humidity/temp of drying room. if the resin is to be pressed, i like a full 7 days before pressing to make sure any vestiges of water are gone.

it makes me weep seeing improperly processed hash.
