''if the majority of customers are pleased with their purchase after harvest, then the seeds are priced well... ''

I agree n dissagree hehe

I mean many newbies will buy bad quality genetics and they will be happy after harvest cause they ve never really grew top notch genetics to compare...
this means sh*t to me

So if they see just trichome covered buds and get high off their buds..they are satisfied/pleased..But the thing is would they be pleased if they had really compared what they grew to some truly great genetics..thats the question ;)

what about

rez bidding on his own auctions

quality

lmao
Rez doesn't bid on his own auctions. He made that mistake once long ago, but has always been honest about it... Can't you rez haters use anything that happened in the last five years?

Well, THAT was interesting.

Like walking a tightrope, close to falling off at all times, but we got to the other side safely.

Let's keep playing nice in our little ICMag sandbox, no one likes sand in their eyes.

I honestly think that its up to the consumer to research the company that bred the seeds and the company selling the seeds. For instance I got seeds from AAA seeds in Canada I did no other research other then finding there phone number in the Back of ed rosenthals big book of buds vol.2 and I got bent over and fucked for $600 I ordered mk-ultra from th seeds I paid $600 for 30 which is way overpriced and besides taking 8 weeks it did not come in origanal packaging and in the end it was nothing near mk-ultra it wasn't even indica out of thirty I harvested two and they both sucked!! Anyways I then did some research I found gypsy nirvana and I only spent $70 on ten cheese seeds from greenhouse and out of ten I've got ten beautiful females and I know some people have a bad veiw of GH cheese but mine look great and three or four have heavy double serration and they all look very healthy and bushy and bomb. So my point is if you don't do research on whose breeding and what size gene pools were the moms and dads are taken from and all that. I suggest going to well known and respected seed bank such as sensi seeds or greenhouse websites and looking for their official distributors that way you know a respected company trust them to sell there product so you should be safe ordering from them whatever seeds they sell. And always get recomendations from fellow growers or the cannabibles or other books that have detailed descriptions of strains ( just don't trust the numbers in the back of the book). :dueling:

Both, Petal... exactly like I said...
He did once over 5 years ago during a bout of drunken depression.
He has not done anything of the sort since, and from knowing the guy on a personal level, it is obvious he would never again...

I've read his admission and apologies about what happened several times over the years... On both OG and here... Perhaps you only see what you want?

You are so obviously a Rez hater, and the smart ass lunch comment only proves it further... Keep on hating if it is what you're good at ... But next time try to use some more up to date info, K...

Come on, bringing up old shit isn't lame! In fact, living exclusively in the past is part of a healthy and happy life. The key to this of course, is to remember the shitty parts, then dwell on them, and bring them up at parties (especially old shit of other people)!

Don't knock it till ya try it. Why do you think blues musicians aren't drug addicts and are happy? duh

Do you think you'll get a full representation of a strain from 10 seeds?

What other herb seeds are sold in packs of 10?

Say the seeds are $80 for 10 seeds... $400 sounds good to you?

Why is that unreasonable?

50 seeds is a lot of seeds for most growers to use up, 10 seeds gets the buyer a taste of the the strain, if they choose strains wisely, 10 should be enough to get what they're looking for. "Full representation" is subjective and means different things to different people, as does a good price. While it may be possible to make endless batches of seed as long as you keep the parents, it doesn't mean a breeder is going to want to constantly pump out he same seed over and over when their space is limited by the illegal nature of their work. If a batch always sells out at 8 bucks a seed, there is no incentive for the breeder to give a volume discount. Besides, 400 bucks shouldn't be that big a deal when growing out 50 plants is gonna cost you thousands in gardening equipment anyway.

Even if you just SOG out all 50 seeds, get 20 females, do a shitty job and pull only 5 grams per plant, you still get nearly a QP of good weed, which is worth more than $400. More likely, 50 seeds is going to lead to years of productive growing worth many thousands of dollars to the grower.

i think it would cost alot more then 400$ if you included equipment, electricity and time spent...

Yeah, that was kinda my point I think, I had a lot of trouble trying to make that post make sense. I think I was trying to say that seed cost is minimal both when compared to overall cost of growing and the value of the finished product.

yeah, something like that. (this bagseed seems to be affecting my mind somehow)
