best way to check pizzeria skills is quite simple - just order a margherita, if its not ur flavour it probably won´t get any better with any toppings.

I just bought some lamb. Never cooked it so I wanna see how it goes. Didn't know what to pair it with but now I do.

nice braciole bigherb, my mom made the best, old school Italian. Every time I came back to NY from MN mom would have a big pot of meatballs, sausage & braciole made up for me, another pot of lightly sauced al dente pasta, I ate like a king.
